Nice place to stay. Clean rooms

Although the rooms and washroom was clean and good, but customer service needs improvement.nnWe booked two rooms here for one day. One of the room was dirty and smelly. We asked the hotel staffs to change the room they took 2 hours to do so.nnThey didn't provide any creams and soaps as they have mentioned in their hotel's website.nThey didn't even give water to us. There was only one bottle in the room i don't know when they have kept the bottle.nnLocation wise the hotel is good. Service wise needs improvement.

It was very good and pleasant stay at akrida!!nnJust a suggestion to hotel if the restaurant starts at 8am will be goodnAnd a fan in room will be helpful to the ppl who will not be able to stay in a/c for long hours.nnFront desk female staff we very helpful and kindnnWill visit again!
