The owner charged me twice for same transaction and when I noticed 2 messages from my bank that the amount is debited twice to my account, immediately I showed the owner the bank messages reducing my bank balance twice and she told me to come tomorrow morning and take cash back. But to my surprise she said that she can’t check that she received once or twice and told me to follow up with my bank ! What a waste of time ... I presumed her to be honest but she is not and I felt cheated. Have I not noticed my bank messaged, I would have not noticed what she did.nnSo please do ask for customer receipt while swiping the card and before swiping 2nd time check the decline message yourself... because people like her can cheat and later it’s our waste of time to follow up the complaint
