I visited hospital on 8 November 2020. Dr Pragati is good in professional skills but I have gone through the reviews she has responded to the best reviews not the bad one I think she should respond to the low scoring reviews for improvements and thank the reviewer for highlighting. Dispensary system needs to improve they take lot of time to give medicine and make internal system of payment so that patients/ attendant doesn’t have to run to the reception for payment and then take medicines.Also please try to take necessary medicine bill amount at one go do not trouble the attendant a lot. I visited early in the morning the staff sitting at the reception was inexperienced but fortunately Miss Neha Paul came in and she provided the necessary information.Also she is humble well spoken. She is an asset to the organisation. I am sure she will bring the changes in the services under her supervision.nI know doctors are reading reviews but they respond to the review which suits them. So I do not want response but I definitely want this hospital to improve. ud83dude4fud83dude4fud83dude4f

It is a very good hospital. The staff behaviour is very professional. Doctors are very nice down to earth capable of handling all kind of sick patients under their scope of services.nThey are serving to humanity.

No. 1 hospital in Pathankot, during lock down no one agree to admit my sister in law, she was suffering from pain, we visited four hospitals in ptk but they refused to admit,the staff is very helpful, immidiately they admitted her and treatment started, Dr. Pragati is like a God for us they save her life and she suggest for a normal dilevery, very good hospital.

Price of services was not suitable for middle class .and staff was very good .but i see they force people for paying bills again and again. Don't wait for some time
