I stayed from 10th to 12th Feb 2020. Stayed in room no. 101. This being an approved hotel for our company. Mr. Balbir GM of the hotel is very enthusiastic person. The staff are also good and so is the food. Needs improvement in the following.n1.only Luke warm water is coming in bathroom instead of Hot water.. Had to adjust since no corrective action was taken to resolve.n2.the heaters provided in the room are old and needs repair The staff replaced them twice in my room.n3. Lot of noise is generated from the kitchen during early mornings probably gas cylinder shifting etc which is causing disturbance to clients.nSudheendra Sr Dgm BEL

Good rooms....but service is not good ,people here are very audacious..
