Gave 1 star less just due to a cattle provided in room, which had rust in it & wasnt replaced even after asking,was washed & given back,later i myself washed it 20 times to get rid of the rust, its winter season & every time we boil water for drinking had to remove rust particals by transferring in other bottle through cotton cloth.breakfast menu should be improved, food is good, staff if polite.

It was very much unexpected this time.nMansingh palace was our top and first thought whenever we was about to come Ajmer. But this time we didn't get the good rooms with no hot water.nWe complained twice thrice and the response was yes we did it but there was no outcome. From services to cleanliness ud83dudc4e

Ajmer one of the oldest 3.5star hotel u can see gd gathering during new yr season and during festive seasons
