The food was really very nice. The ambience of the hotel, restaurant was amazing. The staff being a busy night were very friendly and helpful the dinner service was great. The rates of the dishes were very reasonable considering a luxurious hotel. In total a great place to have a lunch or dinner with friends and family.

I returned to india on 4th and got quarantined in ajmer at hotel bravia. The hotel was very nice and room was very good and hygenic and as far as safety is considered they did that too with respect to covid 19. The food was good and room service was also great. I'd like to thank them to make stay very comfortable and made it like home. The staff was very cooperative and on 5th i checked out as my results were negative and they did that procedure in a hour . so great hotel with great facilities and good staff in reasonable price.

Ambience could have been better, but they make it good with their courteous service and attitude. I have been here twice, and both the times I have faced the issues with the availability of brands of beers. Food was good.

Rooms, Facilities, arrangements, etiquettes - all good. Room service a bit delayed. The only thing which is stopping me from giving 5 stars is that whenever called to provide water in rooms, it felt like the staff was reluctant. Water was served 30 mins late every time or even more late. Other than this, everything else was fantastic. You can't find any point at which you can criticise.
