Absolutely incredible experience. My family of four really enjoyed our tour and learned quite a bit. I was a teenager when the movie came out so seeing the staircase was awesome. The Christmas decorations were gorgeous and I thought the ship wearing a mask was ADORABLE!!!! They have the floor marked to keep everyone 6 feet apart and have staff around to gently remind guests to keep their masks on. I felt as safe there as you can anywhere during this time in the world. Again, incredible experience. Thank you!!

Hello, I just wanted to take a minute to tell you about my experience yesterday (September 1st, 2020). I drove from Oklahoma to come visit for the day and when I pulled into the parking lot my tire went flat. From that moment, Mike (or Mitch) can’t remember the exact name - helped me so much. I was traveling with a friend and our 2 small children. He immediately came over to my car and asked if I needed any help and gave me ideas of the hotels around just in case I needed to stay for a night if I didn’t get my tire fixed in time. We went through the museum and decided to deal with the tire issue after. When we were inside the gift shop he asked me again if I had gotten my situation figured out and was making sure we were okay. I assured him I would have it figured out once I made it to the car. When we went outside afterwards, I started calling around trying to figure things out. And Mike (or Mitch) came out to the car once again and helped us call around for places to help. He asked your maintenance man for help also (can’t remember the maintenance mans name) but he was also amazing!! He was going to fix my tire for FREE! Yes, for free he was going to help us. But because of the placement of the nail in my tire, there was nothing anybody could do. They sat there with us, called around for us, and had arrangements done for us. How amazing are these two gentleman!! They were so friendly and caring and concerned. They didn’t leave us until they were certain we were going to be okay and taken care of! They offered us to come sit inside and wait, asked if we needed any food or water, and pointed us to a restroom if needed in the ship. I cannot be any more astonished at how sensitive and amazing these men were to us. I didn’t get the chance to thank them enough before I took off to the tire shop. But please pass on my message. Thank you much to Mike (or Mitch) and Mr. Maintenance man!!! Words can’t thank you enough. And to the Titanic owner, or manager you have some amazing crew on your ship!!! Good job! These two men deserve a raise, or a lunch or something to show them the appreciation they deserve!nMuch much love from Oklahoma.

This museum is a fantastic walk into history. They really go above and beyond to help you fully experience the Titanic and teach you more of the history. I really loved all the extra information we got from the staff/cast. They each took time to make the experience special for us and especially our 8 year old son. They told us lots of information that we wouldn't have known from history or learned on the tour. I am very glad we got to experience this fantastic place and learn more about our history. The best part is sharing it with my son. He wants to continue to learn more about the Titanic. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience!

It was a learning experience. They give you a recorder and have locations with numbers posted for adult and youth groups. When you enter the number into the recorder you get info on certain information about the titanic being built or random bits of info on the passengers. You play a fun little game and receive a name then you may find pieces of info about that passenger and find out if they lived or died. Anyways to cut this short. I don't think I would do it twice. They do add new attractions every so often but I am more of a interaction kind of person so it wasn't so much for me.

If you are fascinated by history and enjoyed watching the movie, this place provides a very close interaction of what it must have been for the people on the ship that night.nnThe artifacts are good and stories attached to the individual is very touching.nnThe staff was very informative and extremely polite.nIt's a unique museum (both structurally and artifact wise). They don't allow photography due to copy rights issue, but do make sure to strike a great pose when they take a picture for you and add the grand ballroom in the background!
