Iam traveling this travels Almost for 3 years.. But today I had very unexpected experience because of this travels Karur staff Santhosh who not treating well on the regular passenger.. Due to this, the travels may lost rapo with public.. Iam requesting to royal management to take necessary action.. Thanks

Worst hospitality, am waiting for more than 1hour . Staff use his mobile with high volume in front of customers, it's totally irate
