Worst service.. especially drivers are frauds... They misguide a lot...I had booked a ticket to blore from Karur... My pick up point was Karur bypass.... My bus was at 7.45... When I called the driver he told he is coming near bypass in 5 minutes but after 5 minutes he calls and tells me that he is in nammakal and he will wait there for 30 minutes for dinner .. Come and catch the bus he told... Later he told he is in karur after 15 minutes... The drivers misguide and make sure v miss the bus and then sell our seat in between when we miss the bus....Kallada have recruited drivers who are frauds ... Please don't choose this travels...........

Kindly focus on staff behaviour business grows but consistency in service should be there

Not providing proper service like they are not providing snacks and saying stock is not there.. Then what's d difference between travels and rtc

Poor service..if there is any problem they won't intimate you priorly..you have to wait in the boarding place for hours...Even the concern person will not attend the phone call...if suppose he attends your call, he simply says that they will refund the amount,and you have to go on your own...they won't make anyother arrangements..
