OP lacks patient management, there are staff to handle it but due to proper systematic operation flow everything is getting affected and causes long wait time.nStaff are trying to do their best, we appreciate it they just need to add smile ☺ in their face.nSurgery cost are reasonable and affordable.nStrongly recommend to re-structure the OP FLOW process in order to reduce the patient waiting time.

I'm sure that you can't see such a worst performing hospital at any where.n1. Without any reason the patients were made to wait for a whole day.n2. No token facility, no proper waiting time has been given to the patients.n3. Very sad to see aged person waiting for a long time till night, Even though they are telling as they'll miss the bus no one cares about it in hospital.n4. No one in the hospital looks like they cares their patient.n5. It is completely ridiculous to make the patients wait for one full day just for a half an hour work.nnI never suggest this hospital to any one. Marking one star because of no other lesser option.

Best doctors with devotion! Unparalleled services and management! God's gift to the poor people in the region! It will be great if you control the behaviour of some security staff and one or two in the councelling section. Also the management needs to see the high rate of attrition in the nursing section. I could see only one or two nursing staff there now whom I met during my first visit in 2008. There is also considerable change in the friendly behaviour of staff which was the trade mark in 2008 ( this may be due to the general change among the public behaviour or change of generation ). Even though the hospital is slowly losing the those staff who were so kind and friendly, you are still the best. I travel all over India and have never seen such a well managed hospital and exceptional Doctors like Dr.Meenakshi madam and Dr.Mohideen sir ( of course there are many others, but I had no chance to meet them) etc. I don't understand why some people are making negative comments here. But this hospital and staff is a gift of God to the people in South india.
