My car broke down in Chennai Bangalore highway. We towed to this center. Their location is very good. Initial response is good. Regarding procurement of spares there were significant delays. Communication during this time was not great. Later after receiving spare there was good communication between Mr Sridharan. Overall okay experience in this COVID situation.
