Went on a trip and the sedan broke down and lost one whole day. They failed to acknowledge the trouble caused and refused to compensate for the loss in any way. Instead they added extra charges that they had never informed before and charged more! No coordination between the driver and the cab service regarding billing. Very unprofessional and Extremely bad experience.

Booked it during this pandemic.. The cab was disinfected and was very safe to travel. The cab was on time. The driver was very professional as well.. No hidden charges.. Easy way to make the payment as well .. very convenient!! The trip was a very smooth and pleasant one..
