Worst experience !! I booked bus from Vellore to Chennai on June 10 @06.00 AM. The bus operator neither attend my calls nor called back . I was in confusion on the boarding point . Finally, he picked my call @05.58 AM. I informed him that I'll be there within 2-3 minutes. He accepted n asked me to come soon . Then I reached the point by 06.02 AM. When I enquired him , he told that the bus had moved far away from the point . This made me annoyed and irritated. It had spoilt my energy , time and money. He also lied that he called me and I answered , But I having proof of no calls from him. Instead I called him 3-4 times . No refund too . Don't use this . I was really frustrated.
