When I joined your membership 2 years ago, I thought.. finally a professional place on omr! But now, your sheer indifference towards the same patrons... it’s pathetic. No update, no reply, no clue about the money/services stuck with you all. Vimala.. you need to answer the phone.nnThe fb page doesn’t work, website is down, phone.. don’t even bother, texting doesn’t help.nnWhat is with you all! Highly disappointed

They have closed this spa permanently since February without informing customers. Tried reaching their numbers and no one is picking up. What about the subscription amount taken from customers? What about refund? Emailed to their marketing email id ([email protected]), got a reply that that email account is closed.nTried sending an email to the id ([email protected]) after your response, But got a reply that this email id is not found. Also called the number which you mentioned atleast 50 times in past 1 month. No response.

I’ve been quite regular to this place for their services. Hair cut and grooming services for men are at class. And they have variety of other services on wellness. Quite a lot of packages for couple and for family. Body massage is at the best. Very friendly and understandable staffs I have ever experienced. Ambience is maintained well for stress relief therapies and clean facility. Overall a go place for grooming and wellness demands. Try their signature massage, it was a great relief to muscles and mind. If you must know, muscle and mind connection matters a lot when it comes to fitness.

Used to visit this place regularly earlier when it was under different Management/name and found the place thriving during those days. Today visited after a long time for body massage service. It was just ok and not great like it used to be. The person who did the service didn't have the finesse and was just going through motions. The rest room also was in pathetic state. Not sure about other services. Don't think will visit again any sooner.
