This place has potential to really good. Front desk serivce can be improved. They definitely offer more competitive pricing to make customers come back. The rooms and facilities are kept clean and service is good.

I went for spa with 2 of my family members today....our appointment was by 3 and we were der before time...I went first cox only one room was vacant at that time, it was already 3:10 by the time my therapist started it was 3:20 and by 4:20 she said that she was done when i said Our spa was for 90 mins for each of us...she said no we massage only for an hour and we give 30 minutes for your bath n all...she dint do my head massage ,after me telling her she agreed to do and finished by 4:30.... the massage was good i dint have that problem..but when they sell they say they do massage for 90 mins but thats not true.....upon that my family members wer allotted room little late and they had bad experience ....for them massage was over in 50 mins and said no for head massage....when they came out they asked me if i got head massage done ,i said yes but their therapist said no for head massage....our package had head to toe massage...when i asked at the counter they said we dont do head and face massage because of covid i was shocked i was like when u can do whole body y not head....and when i said i got my head massage done y not they ,the lady who did for my family member said that she dint knew as she was new ,when i asked my lady privately she said she was not new...they wer trying to cover their mistake... my lady apologised for their mistake and said that she will do the head massage...wen i asked the other therapist why did u finish the massage in an hour , she said we start our time slot as soon as we allot you room, that means they calculate over all time from entering into the room to exit and not the massage time....totally unprofessional.....

Wowww... had a great experience... high pressure massage was simply awesome... I'll strongly recommend this spa...

Best Covid measures you do have to worry visiting this spa coupled with very good service!
