While my therapist was very good and precise in the massage.nnThey don’t accept memberships even if valid. Iam not sure how o2 spa here is allowed to flout the terms and conditions of membership which is valid pan India except for Airports.nnIf you’re a member avoid o2 spa courtyard marriot . In fact my advice is don’t take o2 spa there are several other good spa which offer better package and also they stick to their terms and conditions of offer than openly flouting them.nnI didn’t argue I paid for the service ydy even while I had a balance of 13k in my 2 memberships combined.

It is an excellent Spa. I would rather say it is a No. 1 professional Spa in Chennai interms of excellent Therapy, Extremely Trained Therapists, Excellent Professional Welcoming, Great Service. Just Amazing.

Called their reception on 5/4/2019 around 330 PM and the receptionist was terrible. She needs to be removed to protect your brand name.
