On the high end for spa services but great selection of treatments

It's definitely a good place for a massage. The ambience is good. Cleanliness is little missing here. The taps are leaking. Jonjon was good. She did a good job. But apparently in India, I think they don't learn how to identify the pressure points which will actually make their work easy.

Been here for feet massage. Though costly its worth it as it was quite relaxing and felt light. It is cheaper if an annual plan is taken and the whole family can use it in any of their outlets, barring a few.

It's pretty good. But they need to maintain more cleanliness with towels. Rest the service is really good and the staff too.

The room and washrooms was in such a pathetic state that I did not feel I was in a premium spa. It felt like a third rate lodge. The walls were peeling, the washroom was stained, no place for the shampoo and body wash, leaky showers, dirty bath fittings and EVEN THE TOWELS WERE OLD AND DAMP AND SMELT OF OIL. This is not even a single bit of exaggeration. I showed this to the staff at your outlet (check out the attached photos for your own reference). I have sent multiple mails to your customer care mail ID to no avail. After multiple reminders, your local city manager calls and asks me to go to EA or Courtyard - and indirectly telling that these are the only two spas that are actually maintained. Why do we need to pay such an exorbitant price for such a horrible experience?nnMY QUESTION TO THE MANAGEMENT IS THIS - IF IT IS UNDER MAINTENANCE AND NOT UPTO THE LEVEL IT SHOULD BE, THEN WHY THE HELL DO YOU GIVE AN APPOINTMENT. MIGHT AS WELL INFORM THE CUSTOMERS THE SAME, AND WE CAN COME LATER WHEN IT IS ALL FINE.nnSECONDLY, HOW IS THAT EVEN THE TOWELS ARE IN SUCH A PATHETIC STATE.. IS THIS SOME KIND OF JOKE ?
