The worst place with the worst customer service. The people working here have no idea about the drugs or the proper way to talk to customers. Their phone lines are always not working. Absolutely no respect and they make personal calls while taking and billing our tablets. I request the franchisee people to look in to the matter and make it a better place. The boy who was on duty on October 14 2020 morning is the worst of the lot.

Home delivery service of Medplus store Egmore High Road is VERY BAD. They deliver only after repeated reminders and after one or even two days delay even for high value orders . They don't have proper staff to do home delivery even within one or two km surroundings. Customer Service is deteriorating day by day.
