Multi axial bus is comfortable..nice super....

I have very good experience with SRT bus service. Bus is awesome and very comfort.nInfact my favorite bus is SRT. But now a days conductor is behaving very worst with passenger. They are not respecting the passenger. Management team please look into this and teach your conductor how to respect passenger. Especially it happened multiaxe semi sleeper bus from Chennai to namakkal.

Traveled on a weekend from Namakkal to Chennai. Representative from the travels promptly called one hour before departure and politely asked to be there 15 mins ahead of the scheduled time. I was new to the place. Called them when I reached and they directed me to the bus. Bus started exactly at 8:58, which was the exact departure time mentioned. And they started announcing as and when approaching a stop at destination. Very comfortable and hassle free.nnPS: Reading the previous reviews, I was also skeptical about the travels but luckily I had a very good experience. May be the management/ppl got changed.

On time service.

Very worst services...driver and helper was drunk and treating the passengers irrespectly..pls avoid traveling this bus...
