I had the bitter experience of waiting for over One hour since the time of billing for my drink. The place wasn't over crowded, yet the order was not delivered for over an hour. After walking over to the counter to enquire, the waiter says it would take another 15 minutes. The reason given was that they had a faulty equipment. They could have at least intimated, instead of making me wait for an hour.nnThey did try to compensate by giving custard pastries as a complementary.nnI will take this review down if the service gets better next time I visit.
