Have been regularly purchasing across the counter. After receiving an SMS for free home delivery, contacted the pharmacy yesterday evening and placed order for a month. They promised to deliver it this morning, but even after reminding on call, the same was not delivered, which forced me to purchase at a medical shop near my house. Disappointing experience. What was the necessity to send SMS to a regular customer like me, and not delivering the order with not even a single call back?
