Very Very poor Response for Poor people's,.

Staffs are helpful but they show their work tension on you. Printing machine is available for you to print your recent transaction in bank. Seen Illiterate people and students struggling for filling the challan. In case if you want to submit any form like kyc document, you need to get the original(that's again a copy) copy and go to some Xerox shop to take print and return back the original form to bank. They will not have extra copy.

Very poor response... No proper planning to reduce the rush.
