If I could give less that 1 star I would have. Such a terrible experience.. ground handling staff were not polite. They took his to take a request for missing baggage. Even while delivering the luggage they will communicate well. They made my parents to stand for 1.5 hours just to take the request for the missing baggage info. My kid was crying like anything no proper response they made us to wait purposely. Will never book in Srilankan Airlines. They treat Customers like animals.

Best connection Filghts in trichy...nBut Srilankan staff how to treat customers do know....nWhen I go there I'm waiting long time...nBut no response....nWorst serivce Srilankan airline's......nI give one star only....nBooking one side cash another side.... Whfff...

Never again in Srilankan. They need to know how to handle toddlers and senior citizens. Worst carrier or all low fare carriers. Ground staff in Trichy Airport is the most unfit I have ever seen for the Job. Terrible experience.
