Avoid Himaytnagar branch....nVery bad attention to the customers. Zero knowledge on online price and store price.nDoing fraud by saying they match the online price...but when I checked the online price it was way to low.nAfter going back to them they spread false information that price had changed in a span of two hours.nThey charged me 900rs extra....nThe same stuff which I was able get for 900rs less online.nFelt very disappointed after being a very frequently customer of first cry...!

Fraud salesman. I purchased a toy without checking it thinking that it's a Firstcry store products are the best but the toy was a damaged piece! And i also asked him wether the is in a good condition or not he replied there's no need to cjeck!nno ned
