Just had dramatic experience with the payment. They took the money and without giving the bill started fighting. Thank to the cctv footage who claimed them wrong. Will never visit there again. Wrost experience ever. There are many other places as well to shop. Hope they learn a lesson.

Due to covid , few malls are not accepting exchange and mentioning it clearly, and few are accepting it , these PPL dint mentioned as no exchange , and talking rubbish, waste management, no respect at all, while billing and shopping they call madam, while exchanging they shout on us.

Firstly, I must give this credit to Southindia., I have never seen a shopping centre where there are no chairs sit.! The staff doesn’t care about customers at all., no one to even help us where the particular product is.! For hospitality I would give negative rating if available.nComing to collections, there are hardly any for each size, and again, no one bothers to show you the products.!nOver all pathetic experience by Southindia Shopping Mall Attapur.! My 45 mins over there was just giving me frustration every min.!

Just visited this place and the staff behaviour at the billing counter is very rude. Nobody is caring what's happening there. I'm very upset with their cheap behaviour. The old guy beside the billing counter is showing obscene gestures. They are not listening to the customers. But I guess my review will be pointless because no educated person wants to go there for second time.
