Worst service. Sorry I cannot give the rating not even one. They tell that will deliver the with in 2 hrs. They will send a mail after 2 hrs of booking the order that your order is cancelled. They not even care customer to call and inform. It happened with me for 2 orders. Almost 24 hrs back I have given the order.. no status about my order.

Absolutely horrible and pathetic customer service. The guy whose phone number is listed doesn't know how to talk to customers, neither does he attend calls. Note to management: little things like these can compound and really end up tarnishing a good brand.

Worst experience they will call the receiver and asks for address to guide them one hour prior even the quality of the flowers are very bad. Some one ordering through this *fern n petal* u can just wish u r dear ones on phone better option
