The most amazing place to visit. The pleasing sound of the sea waves is fantastic. You get to see the truce of mighty angry sea and pleasingly calm river.

We purchased tickets from the small office located here. Prices are too high than what it's worth but the service is not upto the mark as it's pre-paid tour. Check out other options that may charge less but ensure that they cover Golden Rock for sure. As per these people others cheat customers by skipping real points. Boat capacity is 10+3(kids) and don't go for 2 boats.

Good beach with clean water, yellow fine sand where river meets the sea. Boat rides are also available here. But the roads to this place from Tarkali are very narrow and are prone to conjestion. Also parking area near the beach is very small and very few cars can be parked at a time. Temperature is less than other beaches close by.

I don't need to explain how i felt there. All konkan beaches are best. Very calming.
