Professional & well trained/ well spoken staff!!! I didn't have to pay for personal training for attention from the trainers unlike other gyms. The atmosphere is safe and sound. Love the energy!!

Hey! If it’s good enough for Arnold, it’s good enough for us. The Banjara Hills branch is fairly well-maintained, very affordable including personal training and one of the least intimidating gyms out there (and I’ve visited and worked out in a few through an app). There is a yoga room but I’m not sure about the classes, and there is a small place to box around, but not enough.nnBut when it comes to weights, it is a perfect place. All the standard equipment for a complete full body workout are here, working and slick, with the AC running and proper security and locker rooms. Trainers are approachable and helpful, and patrons are mostly minding their own workouts. Enough cardio selection, though it’s not my jam. Motivating, inspiring place. I truly like it. Hope they maintain it like this.

Great equipment and awesome ambiance... exactly needed to motivate one for workout. Trainers and Managers are also very knowledgeable and guide you through the process. Especially Trainer Balu and Manager Emanuel guide you through every step of it.

Excellent gym weight lifting and body lifting. They maintain very well. I loved it.....
