Gym is well maintained. All the equipments are in good condition. All the trainers are supportive and experienced.nMy trainer was Ram. He is really a nice person and professional trainer. He helped me in developing my strength and stamina. This was my first gym and Ram helped me a lot starting from basics. All the exercises, proper form he explained everything nicely.

Great gym with perfect equipment for every exercise you train. Well trained and friendly trainers. They are always behind you asking to take personal training, if you don't take personal training they won't even bother what are you doing at the gym. They have their goals and metrics to join people into personal training.

I really had a lovely start to my day working out in Golds Gym Madhapur. I really appreciate the precaution and safety measures you guys are taking. Special thanks to Mr Praveen Kumar and Mr Anil sales head for hosting and allowing me to workout when other gyms are imposing restrictions on guest members. Higly recommended

If you are looking for a safe way to achieve your fitness goals in these uncertain times, Gold's Gym is the place to be. Cleanliness is a priority at Gold's, with dedicated people sanitizing machines after each use. Sandeep, my personal trainer, has been an excellent guide, in my fitness journey so far. He has constantly pushed me and I started to see results within a month of joining the gym. I'm looking forward to my transformation under his tutelage.

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at the Gold's Gym.nnMy first experience with Gold's Gym and I'm not at all disappointed! I train here about 6 days a week and find the consistent positive trainer(Ram sirud83dudc4c), awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. I love that they provide parking validation, shower facility, water and most importantly the same group of quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure.nnVery friendly staff, Krishna Murthy sir and Mounika ma'am. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.
