Don't judge book by its cover! In gold's gym it's zero general training. Trainer wants PT so they won't encourage you much for general training and for Rs 20,000/- P.a I'm sure you will find much better option than this gym in Hyderabad.

I go to Golds and I know as it's member that it's the best of all gyms in the area. They have Very good trainers and staff. I like the atmosphere in there and the equipment Is always cleaned by the House keeping after an individual use.nHygienic well maintained
