If an order from app takes 2 hours or longer, it would be a minimum courtesy to intimidate over phone or message.(on a weekday when there's no offers) There's no answer on phone and no way to contact the store. The order arrives 2 hours after placing it, very cold, by which time I have ordered from elsewhere and eaten too. The service is pathetic and its surprising to see the store being open even after that.

Worst branch ever..I recommend go to pizza hut or Oven story pizza near by to Malkajgiri. The staff here is unprofessional and casual in behaviour. Order receives only after 2 hours after placing order,that too cold product.. even dogs will not eat..I have thrown the pizza thrice in dustbin and shared the pics in complaint mail.

This place is a cheap version of domino's brought by rival franchise of its own. Every guy in this greatest restaurant never really understood why people go to dominos. The waiting time for this place is honestly close to 45mins. to 1hr. And for an online order close to 1hr. Again. And i feel this particular dominos is only created to destroy its own reputation.

Contactless delivery... Liked it. Some Ketchup satchets would have been better than loads of chilli flake packs

Today I have ordered Pizzas at 7.38 PM placed the order. I have got the order at 9.15PM and nobody intimated me about the delay. While I was trying to reach the no. given here and almost tried calling for 15 times and no one lifted. Very irritated, even I tried for other customer service numbers and none of the numbers are working. Do not order anything especially from this branch. Useless branch no response at all.
