Deccan clap crew painted the exterior and interiorof our house. They did amazing job and the price has been affordable. The painters arrived every morning at the same time,we are very happy and satisfied with them,they did really good job and I am impressed by there way of talking and handling things, team was very professional prompt and worth all the money our oven was very dirty now its perfect and also the team stayed for longer to finish all the rooms now my house clean and fresh and we have no idea what colour we wanted team was very patient at our first meeting, helped us pick the colors that goes well with the house, and they look great They are very professionals and know their work quite well. Price is also very competitive as compared to local market painters. Representative has taken the measurements accurately and provided best quotation which was well within the budget.. Checked few other quotes but this was reasonable.nOn time completionnPainters were polite and completed as per promised date.

I obtained the contact of Deccan Clap (DC) from Just Dial. The work took place during lockdwon. Its a two step process - first the consultant visits the home, followed by the actual painter (visited as per my convenience in the same week).nnI was about to move into my new house, hence requirement for interior painting. During my interaction with DC representative, I was assured that all the wood-work. interiors, and other items will be covered with plastic sheets prior to starting the service. The price quoted was 30K INR. I told the representative that I have got quotes for ~10K INR, however, I still chose to go with them as I was assured a high quality service. I chose Royale paint.nnOn the day of visit, the painter did not cover the house with sheets. On raising this point, the painter told that there wouldnt be any spill, as they are experienced. Unfortunately, as you can see in the attached pics, the workmanship is not up to mark and highly non-professional. There are smudges of paint throughout. and the finish was not smooth (despite using rollers!!).nnAs, the house was new, and we haven't occupied it yet, we couldn't identify all these issues until a week after the work was done. The paint was peeling off (refer to the blue walls) in some areas, and uneven smudges in other areas (white, and green). There were paint droplets on my wood work, as well as the doors, and all the ceiling lights had a layer of paint on them. Highly non-professional, and false promises by DC. I should have gone with the paints provided by the builder, which had a smooth finish than DC. Thanks to them, my new house doesn't look like one!nnEdited as a reply to DC:nYou can feel free to send any of your expert painters to check the issue. There is no water seepage, and the paint peel off is not due to that. Also, please explain why were the covers not laid out prior to starting the work. Moreover, how does one explain the paint spills on wood work. I did not request any cleaning for existing paint spills. Please explain spills due to DC work. I would recommend to own up your work in future scenarios, and perform the activities as promised to customers.nnMost of my pics attached, you can see the paint spills. I'm surprised that DC didn't address the reply. You can check the green walls, the doors, the kitchen woodwork, hall column etc. Quite a few places where it is clearly a quality issue. If required, I can post all the areas where such issues exist - if it helps.nnAlso, I spoke to your representative (I don't want to mention his name respecting his privacy) after the work; and did tell immediately that there are issues with the work.
