The hospital is good the doctors are very good they have good and positive attitude.nThe problem is the staff is very slow and lazy they don't care what ever the patients do when some one came before the other patient came the other patient he himslefs gets in without any file or any serial number. But the treatment and the hospitality by the doctors very good. Thank younnHospital has to improve in the patients appointment or queue. Because waiting for hours with months babies is difficult thing. I hope the hospital will consider this review and will improve in waiting time.

We visited Dr. Sundeep Kumar for my new born baby. His response wea good. He listens to us and replied for smaller doubts also. This was the best hospital experience in Siddipet.nnWith the previous experiance I visited the hospital again on 27th June 2020. I have taken OP on 12:05PM and waited till 1:45 to get into doctor's room. Such huge waiting(with 18days baby this much waiting is not good). After doctor visit he suggested stool analysis test. We immediately paid the money at hospital for this test and given the samples. They said me to come and collect the report at 4:30PM. I came to labaretory at 4:45PM and collected test reports.nnAgain went to OP area and consulted the receptionist, she said doctor went to have luch and asked me to wait. When ever we ask at reception she said doctor will come in 10min. Finally he came at 6:30PMnnAnd I allowed to visit doctor at 6:45PM. ( Evening total waiting is 2hours )nnMorning I waited about 1 hour 45 min and evening I waited 2 hours. Total is 3 hours 45 min waiting time. Which is huge.nnIn my view along with doctor other parameters also comes into picture for rating. For sure the doctors are good but total hospital rating is 3/5

It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. ... The Doctor had been busy but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there.The best hospital in Neonatal and paediatric services ,with affordable prices

And one more thing is the pharmacy staff is also very slow as compare to other pharmacies. But the treatment and the hospitality by the doctors very good. Thank you

Very good hospital with excellent services round the clock in siddipet. The staff are very patient and kind and the doctors are experienced. Glad to have your services in siddipet.
