I've been unhappy with the services of this clinic for a while. Unfortunately my grievances have still not been addressed. They have made me miss my medicines 3 times now. I expect the 4th time to start tomorrow on. When I ask for my money to be refunded, they discourage it. Unless I call them, they take absolutely no interest in medicine renewals. They make false statements, commitments, & easily place the blame on me.nHas to be the worst experience.nI do not recommend them. I also do not intend to come back to this clinic in the future.nI believe there are better services at other clinics but definitely not this one.

Sharing my first visit to Dr. Batra greater noida.nI was planning to visit some hair clinc but was just avoiding it due to pandemic.nBut recently after coming from my office i got a go around 7.00 pm due to my hair falling problem.nIt is located in Kasna tower on first floor.nSo they charged Rs 125 as a consultation fees.nI like any other person was overwhelmed by the price .nSo inside i was happy.nBut after going inside Lady doctor inquired me about many things of my life.nIn some state of time i was like she is a Psychologist.nSo i was also going to flow and answerd all her queries.nSome of questions were :n1) Where do i work?n2) From i long i am working in that particular office?n3) Do i take stress?n4) And howz my life going on?n5) Do i drink and smoke?n6) How much water intake do i have in a day?nAnd after asking all other questionsnShe advice me for a 20 k treatment.nAs soon as i heard the amountnnI suddenly felt my hairs are growing back.nSo after collecting a receipt of my sweet little Rs 125 i came back to my family.
