Best hotel in Balrampur, nice staff, good service. Only problem I faced here is hot water not came in the bathroom for 2 days. But, staff provided the hot water in the bucket for bathing. except that I had a pleasant stay.

It's good for family dine in. Ambience and location could've been better.

Good food and service, large comfortable rooms, effective AC, clean large bathrooms, abundant lighting, good wifi. The maintenance of the rooms needs to be improved a bit (lights fuse, telephones and TV's sometimes don't work, hot water sometimes isn't available, cupboards don't close) and the housekeeping service (changing towels and sheets) has to become better. Also, the breakfast options are limited and should be increased. Otherwise, this hotel is very good and excellent value for money.
