Me and my mother travelled there from Nepal and we were tired. The warm welcome from the reception was excellent. The kindness and warmth they offered were refreshing. I will always remember the sweet-smelling wet towels and the garland at welcome. Room was comfortable with a beautiful view. I recommend this hotel and it's great team to anyone. Great Customer Care guys ...! Keep it up ...!

As I entered Hotel Platinum at Shravasti, I found a big entrance lobby and greeted by friendly reception staff. The general manager Mr. Birendra himself came forward to greet us with warmth. The wall decorations are nice and beautiful Buddha pictures hanging. They don't have the facility to accept the credit or debit cards. After I checked in at 8 PM I was told to have the buffet dinner first as it closes by 9 PM. The dinner here is usually served according to the taste of major tour group and since there was a big group from Taiwan, most of the dishes were of their taste. However, the waiters cared for us especially Mr. Surendra who got prepared some dishes to our taste. After having a tasty dinner we had a brief walk outside and went to the cozy room. There were all amenities and toiletries that I needed and I found the room quite comfortable. In the morning after the shower I went for the buffet breakfast. A variety of dishes and fruits and juices were served. After a sumptuous breakfast I proceeded for Jetvan Vihar where Lord Buddha lived for about 25 years. As I approached the place, a kind of peace started descending on me and as I reached the Gandh kuti where Buddha lived, I felt strong vibration which took me over. I closed my eyes and sat there in utter peace. Meditation started happening by itself. Then I went to the Bodhi-tree there and I hugged the tree and promised to come back again.
