I am sorry to say that on two occasion latest on 1 Dec 20 regarding my order no.20403550 I am not at all satisfied with the service of Fern N Petals .The customer care has not responded to my complaints yet .The cake supplied on birthday of my grand daughter was stale and unusable .

I was tried to order a cake and flower bouquet day before yesterday during the lockdown in my area but I can't do it online. I contacted to FNP Betiahata and they serve awesome service to celebrate my occasion. Keep it up guys and keep serve like this to the customers. Well done.
