Vishal Electronics

Last few days back i brought the product from vishal Electronic as i ready the following review in the Google there was a lot of bad ratings regarding the shop ( it's shows might be they or a paid or friend of that other shop ) as people or saying that the behavior of the store owner was not good and all, but as my personal experience i also do believe and care about the behavior towards the customer ( my simple question is that to them that what type of behavior you expect from a shop owner) and i do believe that might be some products price might be hike if you are getting cheaper then go and buy it from other dealers but on base of prices of products you can't justify the shop. If you want to buy products in cheap rate then go and buy it from Amazon no one can compare the price from Amazon. See he is not my friend or any relatives but when i went to buy the product he attend me and asked me. What your are looking, which one should i buy and which one not, what is my budget, what is the purpose ( like gifting or personal), and so on then after he suggested me the product and told me to don't care about anything from here will take care. Same day the products get delivered and the concerned product executive call me for location verification and after that Mr vishal called me and asked or you satisfied with product and everything ( this is called the customer support and customer relationships that i got from vishal Electronic) its not like product prices is high, he was busy with some other customers, no one attended me and all come on guys grow up ( keep it up Mr- vishal i will really appreciate your service and i also suggested my friend and relatives to buy products from your store ) ***** and plz change your bajaj finance guy.

It's the best electronics shop in Jaunpur

Staff was good and knowledgeable and Vishal its self is very polite.

Their service is not good at all and the price is also very high.

Same products are more costly then the surrounding shops. Bad staff behaviour and not much importance given to customer. Also bad services.
