Very unprofessional staff. Ill behaved, ill mannered. Manager is worst of all. Doesn't deserve to be in one plus. Really a stigma on one plus and scar on my experience with this store. Vegetable vendors are better for service and communication. Why is he even there?? I am sure he is backdoor entry.

BAD! BAD! BAD! TERRIBLY BAD! Had a terrible experience when i visited their in-store service centre. The guy was not ready to take my phone for regular cleaning and was trying to convince me to buy a new device instead. After repeating tens of times, he took my phone for seevicing ( cleaning ). After this the phone was still not working, so i went to a local shop where i found that the phone was not even cleaned properly. Previously I've visited service centre in pune and Ahmedabad where i had REALLY GOOD experience, but there's something terribly wrong with the staff in this store.

All Management persons working at one plus store should be fired from their jobs with immediate effect for their irresponsible acts which I have experienced 3 times in a fortnight. When I called at the store for availability of Nord, the response was yes, but everytime I went there to purchase it, there was U turn saying the stock is over, once the duration between my call and reaching the store personally was bare less than one hour. I doubt that they are selling it in black
