Gold's Gym, Gaur City Club

Gym is located on a very delighthtfull place and it's been very nice to go on and workout in the gym which is very great and facility of the gym is very supportive to copup on the excircse which is very nice to them and equipment are very great for a workout.

Amazing gym in Noida West with fully loaded all types machines for each muscle groups big space, all form of workouts and very supported staff.

The Gym is fine at that location, 3 stars cuz it could be better in terms of equipment and crowd.

Showers are broken , urinals sanitisers are smelly and 1 urinal is working out of 3, least Hygenic. Only their staff n trainers are good rest facility and Hygiene is highly underrated.

The gym is good in this vicinity. Staff is polite and trainers have good knowledge. This gym also offers customized training and diet plan as per individual's need which is one of the good things I like. Thank you!!
