I will never make the mistake of ordering flowers from here again. The delivery was one day late, the phone lines and 'live chat' do not work, and there is no way to connect with them in case of a problem. I opted for 'same day delivery' but the flowers got delivered the next day! A complete waste of time, money and effort. Other online companies managed to call me on a Sunday evening to ask about my experience on their website, and this one doesn't not even have a working phone line. I don t understand why they have the option of same day delivery if they can't facilitate it. And I am discounting the fact that they have a 'no refund policy' due to the pandemic. No refunds on bad customer experience either!

The quality of flowers was excellent. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. The flowers look better than the picture on the website. I love the same day delivery and will definitely be using this service again. Absolute 5 stars.

Worst experience ever with any online shop portals. Seems that all the reviews with five stars are been reviewed by paying or by knowns.nI usually support local level online portals but they are professional trained to make people fool.nThank God I Just Ordered First And Of Very Small Amount.

Worst experience......never order from arena flowers.My bouquet was not delivered on time. It was delivered at 3:30 pm....I had selected 8am-2pm. Bouquet was pathetic. Flowers were only 13 instead of 15. Worst experience ever. Im Iot able to share the pics of wat I ordered n wat was delivered.
