Order Id: 17064253nThe cake which was delivered to my sister was rotten, with bad pungent taste, she is vomiting since morning as they just tasted the cake and all thrown it away. Pathetic, sub standard and filthy products you deliver just for few commissions.

I ordered to Ferns n Petals to deliver the flower at 9am, she said that my shop will open at 10am after then we can deliver ur item, not before this time, then I want to ask u when u r not able to deliver the products on time then why u shown ur timings 8am to 10pm??? Only just to make extra charges?

On 16th August, I ordered a 1kg cake (chocolate brownie). Firstly, it wasn't delivered in the given time slot (8am-2pm). They delivered it after 5pm. When I opened the box, the cake wasn't the one that I ordered. It was some other chocolate cake. Moreover the cake was just 700gm. When I called the shop, they said they'll deliver another cake by 7pm. Again, the cake came after 7pm and the cake wasn't even same as the first one. Totally different. When I complained again, they said they'll send a box of chocolates as a compensation. Till date it hasn't been sent and when I called them up, they said now they can't send those chocolates but they'll give me 20% discount on my next order. Dear Ferns and Petals, if you're reading this, we are never going to order again from you. Such a lazy and careless management and attitude. I've told all my family and friends to never order from your shop. Also if there was an option, I would have given a star in minus.

They delivered wrong product. even after informing/ complaining they did not deliver correct order.nHighly disappointed.nThey actually spoiled someone's special day.
