We found the service after our arrival in airport. It’s hassle free. We had a nice car and the driver was polite. Our trip was smooth and pleasant.

This places scams tourist. I got a prepaid taxi for 300 rupees to my hotel from the airport, which is a lot to begin with for less than a 5 km ride. Turns out there was marathon happening that day(which the driver knew about) and driver had to take detours to reach our destination. Half thru the trip he asks for 200 rupees more! Me and my wife were scared he would kick us out of the cab in the middle of unknown city. We tried to explain to him that the point of a prepaid taxi was to get us to our destination for a prepaid amount. He was insistent since he had to detour, he should get paid more, which we were going to by tipping him but for him to demand 200 was ridiculous and then he caused a scene at our hotel. Tourist beware, felt very unsafe and uneasy in the trip after he mentioned he wanted more money. Just walk out of the airport and get a taxi on your own, it'll be cheaper and safer.

Took cab from Aurangabad to Pune... pathetic service. No co-ordination between the agents who take the booking and the driver.
