I am sharing my experience with this Travels, on my Trip dated 06-Dec-2019 which has been pre-booked in advance starting from Aurangabad Airport at 2:30 PM to reach my destination Shridi Via Grishneshwar Temple with my family for Rs.2500. Even though I have pre-booked my trip in advance. The car (Old Model Dzire– MH-20 DF-8889) is not in Good condition, on the broken road the vibration you feel inside the Car is so horrible. Within half an hour my mother who is 50+ had got back pain. When I asked the driver (Usmaan) to run the vehicle in second gear as everyone is getting backache with this car condition, he murmur something and was running the vehicle as he wishes. Moreover, it seems like the driver is also not familiar with the route. Instead of heading towards Shridi, he was heading towards Aurangabad. Taking a wrong route in a four-way diversion. I have guided him twice with the Google map and not sure whether he did it intentionally or not. At 06-Dec night 9:30 PM, we are at Vaijapur. Suddenly the driver took a left turn which is a worst road condition route (Lorry route) and my GPS is showing straight route. I asked the driver to stop the vehicle and checked with the local shop regarding the route. They have insisted my GPS route which is via Yeola. But the driver is not accepting to take this route, as it will take some extra kilometer. I spoke to the owner as well explaining about my mother’s condition but he was yelling like anything that it will cost him extra, this and that. Even after providing a Worst car for this road condition, the owner and the driver are not ready to provide a better service by taking in the better route and was very much conscious on their Money. The owner asked the driver to get the full payment before staring the vehicle. As I was with my Family with no idea of any other option to reach Shridi. I told the driver that I will pay half now and remaining at the end of the trip, but he demanded for full payment and started the vehicle in the opposite direction to Shridi. So, we stopped the car and have called the local people. We explained all the things to the local people and they got alarmed as it is not the route to Shridi and when they understood that I am ready to pay but the driver is not ready to open the dicky to take our luggage, the people understood sometime is wrong with the driver. We have got our luggage with the help of the Local People. I would like to thank them for their help without which it would have not possible to collect my luggage. Local people suggested not to Pay the amount as the driver is taking the wrong route and was dropping in the Mid-Way. But I have told them that I don’t want to take anything for free and asked to check for the amount, the driver asked for Rs.800 and I have paid him RS.1000 and left the car. At night 10 PM, Me and my Family got down with the luggage and has no idea of how to reach the destination. But the driver and the Owner of the Travels never cared about it. Such a money minded travel. We then took bus to reach the destination To the people who are looking for a peaceful trip, avoid this Travels who will grab your money in the mid-way and won’t provide a good service. In Short - It was mid-way robbery Travels.

Good and polite drivers we are regular customer for Aurangabad local visits of industrial area. Hiring taxi for 8 HR 80 km basis rates are resenable . I will recommend this service.

Polite and professional service that could improve on better maintained taxis and flexibility towards patrons. Driver is very helpful and knowledgeable. Car was not so clean.

Very professional and efficient behaviour from the agency. I called at 8:30pm on a Friday evening and got the confirmed car and driver details for next two days within 15 min. Reasonable cost for the whole trip. Definitely recommend.
