It is huge and having Airline wise lanes for check in and baggage drops. It has electric rickshaws to drop you at the boarding gates. There are visible signages to guide and lead you to your boarding gate. There is excellent food court for food and lounges to relax. There are complementary lounges for most of the credit cards. Earlier Plaza premium Lounge was providing good varieties of snacks and food items but now it gives fixed items which are not so good, tasty and I do not find them as per my choice also. There are no options or choices. Only choice may be veg or non veg and it is like complementary snacks inside the Aircraft not more than Rs 150-200 worth.nThere is no proper sitting place also.

IGI..is one of the finest airports...it quite spacious , intricately designed .stuff of every kind is been available here.i personally get surprised when I saw the pharmacy .....jus outside the airport one will get taxies,like uber ola etc plying to different parts of the capital.
