I am very happy with the service of Relax India Home care. I had to arrange a hospital bed for my mother while I was out of town . The whole process of bed delivery, set up, again undo and return happened just over ph call. Most of the staffs are very helpfull and supportive. They even delivered the bed in advance and I paid later on. They run the business on trust, which is very rare now a days.
Associates are very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and most importantly they care their customers and keep their words.
Relax India holds the brand value in terms of service and the Quality.. Provide extended support and bring life to emergency/critical/ICU/COPD/elder care patient and it is very much needed in term medical facilities made easy for the people in West Bengal. Before giving up on the patient I would suggest give it a try for medical rental support where it is cost effective reduce risk to patient life and bringing smile to middle class families.. with all good wishes I want Relax India to grow and stand with the people in need..
Very professional team of individuals to interact with. We had an urgent need of a BiPAP machine on rent and they delivered it same day even though it was out of their normal working hours. I have had an extremely positive experience with them and would strongly recommend them!
I rented oxygen concentrator from Relax India. Without any hesitation, they sent the instrument in a remote village in WB. Rent was also quite reasonable. I am very happy with their professionalism.
