RajeRajesh, Bibuti and Binod were very much reachable and gave good itinerary but drivers are not accomodative. They are not ready to goto any place and misguides us mentioning that the places will be closed. Money comes first and there is nothing called hospitality. You have to really advise them to be friendly with tourists so that we will refer and come back again. Drivers doesn't respond properly and gets angry quickly. Cars are not well maintained which is basic necessity while travelling.

I travelled with Mountain Adventures tours and travels from 21st May to 26th May covering Darjeeling and Gangtok.1st day was very good with driver Sanjoy,2nd day was very bad,because of poor time management and driver was not reachable on the phone,lot of time waste in that way.We hardly able to covered 40%as per the plan.nGangtok trip was horrible,they referred us to some other agency in Gangtok who has given driver use to take marijuana(ganza)police caught him with ganza pipe.Almost 1 hr we were outside police station,police take the driver inside and heavily fined him.Police told us,they will send in safe car to Gangtok city no need to worry.The attitude of the driver was just crazy.nI just surprised how come they can provide such type of driver in that hilly area?nAfter complaining last day trip was good with driver Nanday.

Mr Rajesh ji from Mountain Adventures Tour and travel has given me package for Sikkim. My trip was on 25 th Dec 2018 n it was very good and memorable . Surely recommended.

Amazing Service. Great staff. Amrit, our driver was awesome and helped us a lot. He never said no to anything we requested. Would suggest this tour agency. to every friend of mine.
