The rooms were neat and clean also the food was delicious . The staff were great and were very friendly and cooperative.

Usually the udaan Hotels are very neat but zambala is little low in comparison to the one in Sikkim. The view from the hotel is good and no much option in breakfast. The staff is friendly and service was nice. I had a early morning flight and at around 5am the hotel staff had arranged breakfast for me and kept at the reception. 5starts for the service. The walls of the hotel are moist and not pain is coming off. It should be because of the weather can't blame the hotel. Its situation just near the railway station which is amazing.

A sure hit 5 star . Lovely place. Fantastic customer support. Food at the restaurant was awesome. They serve with a smile.nVery flexible ppl here and located bang opposite to toy train station making our stay memorable !!nFriendly staffs and located in the heart of the city

Lovely rooms and great service! It's a pure veg hotel but they do allow food ordered from outside that so covers it up. Very friendly and adjusting staff! Good service.

Rooms were pathetic, not properly maintained, rooms were old and the walls were having cracks. The only good thing in my room was the washroom and bath were brand new.nTheir services were really disgusting.nPlease don't go by the photos the hotel has put up on the internet, they have really used a very good photographer.nThe only good thing was the view of the mighty Himalayas from the common balcony.
