We were at this hotel in January last year. Position wise this hotel is inside the market (just beside Darjeeling Head Post Office), 10 minitues walking distance from Mall. However, we liked the location of this hotel very much, because there were many options to shop around. Room quality is very good. We were in the deluxe room; well maintained room with all types of amenities, spacious room. The bathroom was neat and clean. There is no problem with hot water. Staffs behavior is very good. Now let's talk about food: delicious cooking with enough variety, breakfast also has enough variety. Overall a very good hotel to stay.

Very nice hotel. Great service.. we got a hill view room and it was just warm and cozy. Great location. There is small shops around the hotel which is little congested but you can do some shopping there. Food is great.

It is a very good hotel to stay with family and couple also. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Food is awesome. Location is superb specially view of Kanchenjunga from the hotel is mesmerizing. Overall great experience.

Been there on September 2020 1st week weekend with my friends.nThe Hotel location is nice.nThe rooms are good and spacious with amazing window view of the beautiful Darjeeling town and Himalayas.nHotel staffs are just one call away and very active with all your requirements.nWould love to visit again.

Hotel is good. Location is also good. Food is tasty.. Ovarall comfort stay...nI would recommend all traveler to stay this hotel
