Central Heritage & Spa is a Luxurious resort in Darjeeling. It was formerly known as Fortune Resort Central. It’s an oldest resort in Darjeeling and more than 110 years! It’s located near the Mall and ‘Chowrasta. The location is good. You can get some indoor and outdoor games at the hotel. You can get also Spa services at the hotel as well. Food is good and services are also good as well. I think deluxe room has the lovely view from the window. Completely British lifestyle feeling throughout the hotel. You can get lovely sunset views from the resort lounge. It’s completely breath taking! There are few hotels in Darjeeling where I actually enjoy my staying and Central Heritage & Spa is one of them!

The stay was really comfortable for us. We had requested the hotel to pick us from our boarding destination and they did so. Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Darjeeling. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff along with the welcome drink. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant was very flexible.We had great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Room service was also commendable.

Nice resort with excellent service. We have stayed for 4 nights. Rooms are big net n clean. Wooden floor will give you a heritage feeling. Buffet breakfast and dinner are delicious. Children's play area also nice. They have arranged a car for our trip. Thanks. Alot to make our trip very special.

Yes this place is beautiful and well maintained. Staffs are nice and well groomed. Rooms are good and you will get all essential stuff in your room. Couldn't find lift in the hotel building. Well brakefast is good. However, the price for Lunch and dinner is on higher side. They don't follow the general food menu, all they do is fix two / three items for your lunch and dinner, and you have to pay for the same. There are many more restaurants out there and you can try good meal from those restaurants on cheaper rate as compared to Central Heritage. This place is not very far from Mall, hardly 700 to 800 meter if you take the short cut.

We have booked this resort in February 2019 n cancelled the booking before 1mnth of the booking date, due to the pandemic..but till date they have not refunded the amount as per their hotel policy.very bad management by the staff..no one answers ur calls or messages..I have even complained in the consumer forum..
